Our water is purified in a FDA approved facility. We use local municipal sources processed by reverse osmosis, carbon filtration, microfiltration, UV treatment, and Ozone treatment. Learn more here.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, Bottled Water Store does not offer returns or refunds once approved and sent to production.

Once the order is in transit, Bottled Water Store is not liable and does not issue refunds for missed event dates due to carrier errors.

If you have a hard deadline for an event less than 6 weeks out, please contact us before ordering.

1. Select: the bottle size, water type, label type, and quantity.

2. Checkout: we apply the quantity discount and freight shipping rates at checkout .

Note: Freight shipping is a flat rate per pallet. We do not markup shipping prices.

3. Order: Place your order and our team will promptly review.

4. Send Artwork: Our customer service team will reach out to collect any artwork you may have for your bottle.

5. Create Proof: Our graphic design team will create you a custom label proof

6. Approve: You can approve or request changes.

We will not print the labels and proceed to production until you approve. If we cannot meet your standards on the label proof, we will issue a refund.

8. Bottle and Ship: Your bottles will be labeled and shipped within 3-5 weeks.

9. ReOrder: Now that you are setup as a customer, we can provide a personalized discount code for future orders*
